Our mission is to promote cultural exchanges between France and the rest of the world…
Since our beginnings in the 1980s, we have helped thousands of young people and families enjoy enriching experiences around the world. Located in the 12th arrondissement, between Bastille and Gare de Lyon, we meet you at our office to prepare departures and arrivals, whether you are a young person embarking on an Au Pair adventure or a family looking to host.
We have face challenges such as the recent global health crisis, and we have remained committed. Our profession is much more than a job; we make your experience in France unforgettable!

As members of both the IAPA and the UFAAP, we follow the highest international standards for Au Pair programme.
The International Au Pair Association (IAPA) is a global, none-profit organisation that was founded over 30 years ago to promote and protect the Au Pair programme.
The IAPA has around 150 member agencies in over 40 countries worldwide.
These agencies comply with a code of conduct based on a quality charter drawn up by the IAPA:
- support cultural and au pair exchange opportunities for young people,
- protect the rights of all au pairs and host families,
- establish internationally approved guidelines for au pair exchange programmes,
- respect strict commercial and ethical standards.
Europair is a founding member of the UFAAP (French Union of Au Pair Agencies). Established in 1999, this none-profit association brings together French agencies specialised in Au Pair placements in France and abroad. Recognised for their reliability and expertise, these agencies are committed to providing a quality of services and to promoting the Au Pair programme.

- guarantee compliance with the current rules and legislation,

UFAAP also acts as a mediator with French institutions and administrations. The association works to protect the Au Pair programme from the abuses linked to placements made via online platforms that match families and Au Pairs. These platforms appear cheap, but offer no supervision.
